The Blood Cancer Patient Advocates Academy aims to bridge the gaps in patient knowledge, developing the specific knowledge, techniques and skills that every successful patient advocate needs to achieve their goals. The Academy can help them to effectively raise awareness of blood cancers in order to promote change in the healthcare sector through enhanced advocacy impact and to be considered an equal partner in communication with different stakeholder groups.
All Blood Cancer patient advocates/representatives within the member organidations of LePAF – CMLAN, CLLAN, ALAN, MPNAN – are eligible to enrol in the Blood Cancer Patient Advocates Academy and take its courses.
