CALL FOR POSTERS: MPN Advocacy Poster Area at MPN Horizons 2024

We will print your poster in Warsaw

An exciting addition to this year’s program is the Poster Session, providing an interactive platform for sharing insights and innovations. There is a whole session dedicated to posters in our programme and we will display posters outside the main meeting room in a designated area.

As an enticing incentive, delegates presenting a poster not only contribute to the collective knowledge pool but also have the chance to bring a second delegate where conference fee will be waived for the second delegate. The best part? We’ll take care of printing the poster for you, ensuring a seamless and impactful presentation.

Take this opportunity to have a second delegate attending this year and for your organistion to showcase the key activities at the conference and to learn about the initiatives and experiences of other MPN organizations from around the world. Make sure your organization is represented on a worldwide platform and share activities, like its annual activity or a special project that made an impact on the MPN Community in your country.

Here’s your chance to show off your poster in Warsaw since it’s easier than ever. We will print your poster directly in Warsaw and even hang it up for you if you create your own or use the template available here. As a result, you will not have to worry about printing and carrying it with you. The only thing to remeber is to send us your file no later than Sunday 11th of August 2024 to take advantage of this excellent opportunity. Bring a second delegate and be in the running to Win the Best Poster Award!

During the conference, there will be an opportunity to vote (once only per organization) for the best poster and we will announce the winners on Sunday, 8th September 2024.

How can I submit a poster?

Participants who would like to display a poster in the MPN Advocacy Poster Area and bring a second delegate are invited to create a poster using the template and recommendations available. Participants can use the poster template or can have their own design. But do not forget to send your poster to Marija at: doneva@mpn-advocates.net by 11th August 2024.
