How To Get a Visa to Warsaw: Tips and Advice

After checking the link, if you are required to obtain visa to enter Warsaw, you must submit your registration for attending MPN Horizons 2024 by 24th June at the following registration link: https://mpnhz.cme-congresses.com/ 

This early registration deadline is crucial to facilitate timely visa appointments and document processing. Once the team has confirmed your registration and sent you the necessary support documents, we strongly encourage you to promptly initiate the visa application process. Taking swift action will aid embassies and visa agents in having sufficient time for processing. Your prompt attention to these deadlines is greatly appreciated, as it enhances the likelihood that all participants can fully engage in this enriching event without facing logistical challenges.

Marija our Network Manager, will supply you with accompanying (supporting) documentation once your application has been approved by the Horizons team.

Accompanying (supporting) documents that will support your visa application will be:

  • Flight Itinerary
  • Hotel Confirmation
  • Invitation letters by:
    • Local Patient organisation – Alivia Onkofundacija
    • MPN Advocates Network – LePAF that will be detailing that all costs including travel, hotel food will be covered by LePAF

The processing time for a Schengen visa is approx. 20 calendar days however it may take longer and up to a few months. Please arrange your appointment to submit your application immediately after you receive your supporting documents from Marija. You may apply up to six months before the start of the intended visit. As mentioned above the processing time may be longer if you are missing any documents or if it is a busy time of year. For this reason, you should contact Marija before applying.
