MPN HORIZONS 2026 – CONFERENCE FEEThe conference fee of EUR 1,400 applies to the second and third delegates from each organisation (if a poster has not been submitted by the deadline). This fee will be invoiced by the Leukaemia Patient Advocates Foundation (Switzerland) prior to the conference.
The conference fee covers:
- Accommodation for up to four nights at the Le Méridien Paris Arc de Triomphe
- Meals and refreshments provided during the conference programme, including:
- Lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday
- Breakfast and farewell lunch on Sunday
- Free Wi-Fi in guest rooms and conference spaces
Please note: the conference fee does not include any meals or beverages on Thursday (arrival day) or after the farewell lunch on Sunday. It also does not cover personal expenses such as minibar use, phone calls, laundry, taxi fares, room upgrades, or attendance by family members or guests.
Payment Terms and Cancellations
Payment of the conference fee is required before the start of the event.
If a cancellation is made after 9 October 2026, the full amount will remain payable.
Payments should be made via wire transfer to the Foundation. If your organisation requires the invoice to be issued under a specific name or postal address, please provide these details during the online registration process.
For Sponsors’ Representatives
Representatives from partner and sponsor companies are also required to register through the Horizons platform. Room reservations will be managed by the organizing team, and sponsors will cover hotel costs directly.
Local transport between the Paris Airports and the conference venue will NOT be arranged this year. Each delegate will therefore be responsible for arranging their own transportation from the airport to the hotel and back.
Paris has a very efficient public transportation system, and delegates are encouraged to use public transport where possible. Depending on your arrival airport, the easiest options include:
- RER regional trains (RER B from Charles de Gaulle Airport into central Paris)
- Metro connections
- Airport shuttle buses and local buses
The conference venue, Le Méridien Paris Arc de Triomphe, is well connected by public transport and can easily be reached via Metro and RER lines.
Alternatively, delegates may also use taxi services or ride-hailing applications such as Uber or Bolt.
The Horizons organizing team will coordinate hotel bookings for sponsor representatives, while sponsors will cover their accommodation costs directly to the hotel.
All conference meals and attendance during the meeting will be covered by the organizers, and no separate invoice will be issued to sponsor representatives.
